When camping and hooked up to an external water supply does it harm anything to turn on the water pump to supply extra water pressure for the shower?
Naw, lots of us do that. Just remember you’re using your water tank as well as the hose, and don’t let the pump suck air or it’ll be really noisy for a while as it gets the air out of its system. Dave and Barb Jenkins 1999 U320
